CAN I ORDER ADDITIONAL PARTS, LINKS OR DIFFERENT SIZE STRAPS FOR MY WATCH?

Should you need additional parts, links or different size straps for your watch, you may contact customer service, an authorized Concord Retailer or an authorized Concord Service Center.

CAN YOU TELL ME IF MY WATCH IS AUTHENTIC?

We are unable to verify or determine authenticity by a serial number, style number or model number. If your watch was not purchased from an Authorized Retailer, we cannot verify authenticity without physical examination of your timepiece in most cases. When you purchase one of our watches, it should be accompanied by an embossed warranty card that contains the Authorized Retailer's name. Please note: A watch purchased from an unauthorized retailer is not covered by our manufacturer's limited warranty.

If you would like MGI to examine your watch for authenticity, please download, complete and send a Repair and Service Request Form along with your watch to MGI for review.
