Online purchases from ebel.com may be made by individuals who are residents of the U.S., for delivery within the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We are unable to deliver online purchases to other locations at this time, but we invite you to visit one of our many authorized retailers. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; to supply only part of an order; or to divide an order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery. We also reserve the right to change the terms or duration of any special offers or sales promotion. We will inform you by email if we are unable to fill your order. A customer may purchase up to five units of each watch model.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
To ensure the secure delivery of your order, all products are shipped via Federal Express. We are therefore unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or any other addresses not covered by Federal Express delivery. To further safeguard your purchase, an adult must sign for the shipment package at time of delivery.
For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:
- Two-Day shipping: Free of charge. Please allow up to 4-5 business days for processing.
- Overnight shipping: $10. Please allow up to 3-4 business days for processing.
Concord cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
As soon as your purchase ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, or if there is a discrepancy in your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to email@example.com – or call us toll free at 1-800-810-2311. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. All taxes, if any, due on your online transaction will be charged, as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated sales tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped, and may vary from the estimated amount.
Every Concord watch we sell comes backed by a two-year limited warranty which covers the movement of your watch if it proves to be defective in either material or workmanship under normal use. Complete warranty information, along with an abbreviated list of authorized Concord service centers, is provided in the operating instructions, warranty & service guide booklet that will be shipped with your watch. Full warranty information and a current, complete list of authorized service centers may also be found online in the Customer Service section of concord.com.
Products purchased from Concord online come handsomely packaged in a signature Concord gift box. At your request, we will be happy to add a complimentary Concord grosgrain ribbon and personalized gift card.
Online purchases will be accepted for a full refund/exchange when returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery, and accompanied by the original sales invoice. A Return Authorization number, which may be obtained by calling Customer Service at 1 800-810-2311, is required for all returns/exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction. Gift recipients must contact Customer Service at 1-800-810-2311 to arrange an exchange; refunds will not be issued for watches received as gifts, and exchanges must be of equal or higher value. Credits cannot be issued until merchandise being returned or exchanged is received.

We recommend that you insure your return package for full replacement value. Concord does not assume any responsibility for return packages that are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.
